The Project
This Revolve Trade Show Booth design was the most extensive project I undertook as a graphic design and marketing coordinator for Revolve Practice Transitions. I was responsible for creating and overseeing the production of all materials for the booth. From conceptualizing the designs to coordinating with multiple vendors, I ensured everything was produced and delivered on time for the Bay Area Dental Expo.

The Process
For the booth, I designed everything you see in the picture except the chairs! This included a pop-up display, tablecloth, pens, stickers, two QR code posters, and two handouts.
Knowing what needed to be created ahead of time, I prioritized materials with longer production timelines, like the pop-up, tablecloth, and pens, and got those designed and ordered first. The remaining materials were finalized closer to the event date.
Of course, there were some bumps along the way—like the pens arriving later than expected. To adapt, I created stickers as an alternative handout for the first day, and the pens were added on the second day of the event. It was all about staying flexible and keeping things on track!
The Purpose
This was Revolve Practice Transitions' first event as an exhibitor, so the goal of the booth design was to establish the company’s brand in this space.
The pop-up display and tablecloth were key in achieving this, as they helped transform the booth into a representation of Revolve. From a distance, the logo and message were visible, clearly showcasing what the company is all about.
The QR code posters were designed to give potential clients quick access to relevant parts of the website, like creating a buyer profile or scheduling a consultation for sellers. As for the handouts, they served as a way to leave a lasting impression. The pens and stickers were something people could take with them, while the flyers provided easy access to important info they could review later.
